In a partnership with Adelphi, FINANCE FOR IMPACT will advise the Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) in assessing the climate risks in its portfolio and developing tools, methodologies, and capacity to climate-proof future (on-)lending in selected sub-sectors and value chains. Specific objectives will include (i) Identifying climate risks in TADB’s portfolio, (ii) Identifying adaptation measures that TADB’s clients can take, (iii) Mainstreaming climate risk assessment into standard management processes, and (iv) Building the bank’s capacity for climate risk management.
